This repair shop is amazing...I mean A M A Z I N G. I had engine issues which had been diagonosed (by other shops) as anything ranging from a main seal leak or a head gastket leak or an oil leak. Ultimate examined my vehicle (for free) and advised there were no problems with the main seal, but there was a head gasket leak. The owner (J.D.) spent time with me to go over the problem, why it should be fixed, how it w... view moreould be fixed and gave a written estimate as to all the charges (worse case scenario). The work was scheduled and completed based upon what was found. They even called me about some additional issues that were found and gave me the option of fixing those items at the same time (with NO ADDITIONAL LABOR FEES) and only charged me for the parts. This extra work saved me $300-$600 in labor costs. J.D. and his staff (especially Miranda) were courteous, accommodating and so professional and personable it absolutely blew me away. This is the repair shop for all my automotive needs now and forever more. Highly recommend you check them out. You won`t be disappointed. BTW...I heard about this shop through their TV advertisement. Decided to interview with them before agreeing to have them do the work on my vehicle. The vehicle is running absolutely great, no issues. Their work was beyond my expectations. If you don`t use Ultimate Auto Repair for all your vehicle repairs and needs you`re a fool in my opinion. They are reasonable and do not treat you like a dollar sign. This place is amazing! Every time I`ve gone in I was treated like a real person, not just a wallet. The first time was with a Groupon and I was a little skeptical but they instantly made me feel comfortable and showed that they were trustworthy. While I was waiting for my car it was like I was hanging out with family, very relaxing and low-key. The second time was for a check engine light, only thing wrong was an old... view more gas cap; and instead of charging me $300 for labor for the couple hours I was there they charged me an appropriate price. This is my favorite place ever! Everyone who works there is super friendly and I don`t feel like some dumb girl getting taken advantage of like so many other car repair places out there. Whether you need an oil change or your engine blew up they will take care of you because they care! (Bringing them an 18 pack of soda also doesn`t hurt...). Thought our 2000 Xterra was de...

Thought our 2000 Xterra was dead but Ultimate Auto revived it in just a few days! It runs great! The engine looked new, they even washed & shined it up! It was awesome! The put 120% into their work. It`s hard to find an automotive business that takes TRUE PRIDE in their work! We`ll be back with our dune buggy & I need to ask them about boat engines! I highly recommend them. Great people!
