Bait and Switch....Beware!!!

I bought my tires on-line since no one had them in stock locally (they were for a smart fortwo). The website had Bruce Scher Goodyear as an installation partner. It stated that they would charge me $12.95 to mount and balance the tires. The total should have come to no more than $65.00 with tax and fees. They charged me $80.00 and didn`t accept a coupon I had for the balancing. I feel this is deceptive advertising an... view mored not accepting their own newspaper coupon is poor customer service as well. Be careful if you decide to shop here!

On my way to vegas I had a tire blow out on me. When I got in I made some calls to price tires. I spoke to Jason at the Goodyear store he assured me I had called the right place and I didn`t need to call anyone else. Jason made me feel that he wanted my business and would do what ever it took to help me.. When I arrived at the store Jason took me out to my car and looked at all my tires to make sure they were all sa... view morefe. Jason showed me my choices. I decided to replace all four tires. He also sggested he check my alignment due to the blow out. When my car was done Jason went over every thing with me again. Thanked me for my business and gve me his card. I travel to Vegas offten on business and it`s good to know I have someone there I can count on in the future!
