Went in to get an estimate for hail damage. They were quick and on the mark as far as the damage but when they found out I had to cash out instead of getting it repaired I ve since been given the runaround, been lied to more than once and they STILL haven t gotten the information sent to my insurance company. It s been a month and they still can t be bothered with the simple paperwork. Follow up with them and they ju... view morest keep you on a leash or lie to you to keep you at bay. Completely unprofessional. Example? They go so far as to say the person who wrote the estimate doesn t even work there anymore. Yet I follow up and she s still there. This place is a joke.
