I made an appointment to drop off my vehicle on a Thursday morning and I was told I had to drop it off between 7:30a and 8:00am. When I got there they told me that they wouldn`t even be able to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle and give me an estimate until Monday. It`s frustrating that I had to go out of my way to get my vehicle there at a certain time and that no one was up front about the time frame for... view more an estimate. If I made an appointment for Thursday, why is my car sitting there until Monday? I will be finding some place else that knows the meaning of "appointment".

I went to gregs because my car inginition switch was going out and it was hard to start my car. They treated me very well and didnt try to screw me over because i am a female and have no knowledge about cars other then they go vroom!!!!
