Service has been of superb quality

Over the years I have purchased/leased an RX300, 330, 400H and now a 450H from Lexus of Reno. The vehicles have been of superb quality but beyond that the service has been of superb quality and is the primary reason why I continue to buy Lexus. And one of the starring benefits of that service is providing a loaner car without hassle and without demanding that the customer rent a loaner as with other brands.
