Amazing Customer Service

I was given extremely late notice that my in laws were coming into town and needed to be picked up at the airport and would be staying at my house. Since I have the SUV, I would also be the one shuttling them from place to place all weekend. Needless to say my truck was a complete mess inside and out. I did a quick search on my phone and saw that Fabulous Freddy`s was pretty close by. I rushed over there and they tol... view mored me they had just closed. I found one of the managers and pleaded my case and he rounded up a few workers and agreed to wash my truck. I was very thankful they were so nice and helpful and never once complained about working the extra half hour to do my truck. I will always go back to Fabulous Freddys to have all my vehicles cleaned and oil changed.

After waiting about an hour for my 2 cars to be cleaned, I payed a $100 dollars. I got home and little did I notice how dirty both cars still were. Not a good clean at all. I sure won`t be investing my money in this business again.

Stay Away!!!

Fabulous Freddy?ˆ™s ripped me off! I used Fabulous Freddy?ˆ™s valet service at the Bite of Las Vegas and when I picked up my car it had been rummaged through and my son?ˆ™s Nintendo DS and my camera were stolen. The kid in charge of the valet told me not to worry and they would take care of it. After several phone calls with Fred Smith the owner of Fabulous Freddy?ˆ™s he offered to split the $330.00 cost of the items. This i... view mores unacceptable to me as his people were in charge of keeping my car safe! I paid them $10 to do that but instead they Ripped Me Off! I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and they never responded. Fabulous Freddy?ˆ™s BBB ratings run from D- to F, what a joke! I will be taking Fabulous Freddy?ˆ™s to Small Claims Court soon. Remember that if you have any problems with Fabulous Freddy?ˆ™s or Fred Smith they will not Do The Right Thing!!!
