I was just getting ready to tu...

I was just getting ready to turn this company into the Better Business Bureau. We were shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the employees. I would strongly suggest another towing company. By the way, I had to select one star since this review wouldn`t give me the option of no stars.

Horrible Excuse for a Business

I was unlucky enough to have to interact with the employees of this business. The office is disgusting, and the atmosphere of the junk yard on which the business operates reminds me of a mid century prison. The rates they charge are ridiculous, and the attitude with which customers are greeted is one of unintelligent drivel. Jim and Sara have ran this buss, for a long time there great people and they show how the towing ind, should be ran as i own another tow company here in lincoln i only hope to be half as good at it, then Jim is there drivers are very nice and honest and they work very hard to keep lincoln street clean for the rest of us thanks
