Had a service call with Ford of Smithtown, repair was covered under warranty. Picked up my car went directly home-couldn`t get key out of ingnition??? I called Ford of Smithtown, mysteriously my car developed a gear shift problem!! of course, not a covered service. Ha, Ha. Sounds a little shady......Be careful, make sure you have another mechanic to verify needed repairs.
