DO NOT BELIEVE THIS DEALER EVEN IF HE PUTS THINGS IN WRITING I purchased a vehicle from GT II Auto Sales, 411 Mulberry Street, Newark, NJ 07102. After purchasing, we had the vehicle thoroughly inspected. My mechanic disclosed that he found engine codes had been cleared in the vehicles computer which he found in the vehicle history. We then had the car inspected by BMW and they found that the transmission had a ... view moreleak and had to be replaced as the car would roll backwards while in ?ˆ?Drive?ˆ? after a cold start. I contacted the owner of GT II Auto Sales to resolve the problems. For a month the owner tried to say the car was fine and not resolve the issues although there was a 30 day warranty on the vehicle. Finally, GT II Auto Sales agreed in writing to refund me for the cost of the vehicle plus any cost of repairs which I paid. The vehicle was returned to GT II Auto Sales. A refund was never provided. I disputed the charge through my credit card company to obtain the refund for the vehicle. The owner till date has not returned my calls and has not refunded me the cost of repairs which I paid.
