These guys just got a new manager who really knows vehicle mantenance and really looks out for the customers best interest. Give them a try with a simple repair or mantenance issue first and I think you will be plesantly suprised. I am a recent customer and I will say so far this is the best service I have had in the Rochester area.

Always busy - long waits
The Firestone on West Ridge Road gets you in an out a lot faster and has better service
