I told him to tell me the price before doing any work. The owner asked me to take a walk and would call me soon. I called 10mins later and asked for the price again. the guy who answered the phone said he needed to check and put me on hold for a long time. I walked back to the shop and was told the battery was replaced and they wanted to charge me $250 if I want to have my old battery back. Of course, I told them NO.... view more who would do that?? The owner had my car pushed out of the shop and left it there with no power.(the battery still work when i drop it off) I have my toddler and infant with me there. and I had to ask for help from strangers. fortunately, someone jumped my car and I was able to leave there. the guy curse me out with the F word in front of my two kids. Don`t go there ever! Don`t let them survive!
