I will NEVER come back there for Auto work again. I wonder Matt, if I were a man if you would have talked to me in such a manner. I think not!! I am a nice person, I was patient even tho you did not look at my car when you said you would. Then you promised to call me bright and early the next morning.......I had to call you at 10;20, that is NOT my definition of bright and early.
