chuck, at cj`s went above and beyone what was required to perfect my car, spedning hours of unpaid time trying to diagnose my water leak so that i would feel at ease. He also treated me with the utmost respect, which by comparison with other body shops, was unusual as i am a woman and was treated disrespectfully by others. He cares about perfection in his work, and it shows in what is now my beautiful car. (Not that ... view morei didnt love my car before, bu tnow it is a showpiece.) He is honest and personalbe and will do whatever he can do make things right, if any problem crops up. i shopped many other body shops before choosing cj`s and was give incorrect info and the rush job, aslo treated condescendingly as a woman. Chuck is willing to work with anyone and make them feel they are the most important client, irregardless of gender.
