The owner of this establishment, Jeff, just scammed a dozen or more people, including myself. Multiple police reports have been filed at the 24th police precinct and with the DA. Showed up to pick up my car and the whole lot had been cleared out and closed down. Others pulled up over the next half hour for the same thing. Not one true word came out of his mouth-ever!
