Bill supposedly fixed my problem after many hundreds of dollars and an assurance that the fix would totally take care of the problem. The problem showed up two days later, and he wanted to charge me many more hundreds of dollars, saying that during the two days since he fixed it, another similar problem came up. I felt taken advantage of, but the chilling thing is that looking at his eyes, he doesn`t care one bit. ... view more It was like, I don`t care if you come back again. Don`t bother me.
