Will never return. My experience with the dealership, and the service manager mentioned in other reviews, is entirely unsatisfactory. Rather than trying to help solve a problem they are only interested in generating a big service bill by throwing new parts at a problem. There are other, better options for BMW motorcycle service in New Jersey.
