Tires and service ????

Bought 6 new tires for my Chev 3500 . They let me come over with the story that they would do an alignment on my truck but when I signed the papers for buying the tires they told me that they could not do that . Than they balanced the tires wrong , went back for a rebalance and did it again wrong , called them but they say its my truck , a 2008 chevrolet haHAHA.
