I`ve been going here (and complaining) for a long time...The prices are higher than elsewhere...The wash is just OK, and the self service bays are always malfunctioning...I`ve always been a little dubious about the quality of their work, and the techs actually doing a full and complete job, but now with this `faster service`, they scoot my car out in 5 minutes...It takes longer for the car to go through the wash tunn... view moreel...There`s no way they can do everything that they advertise (washer fluid, tire pressure, etc)...The last time I was there, they didn`t notice my wipers cracking or my check engine light...And not once in my 7 year tenure have they ever changed my air filter...This is part of the gig - letting drivers know if anything is out of place...If you`re not going to do all the extra stuff, don`t advertise that you do...To me - that`s lying...Many things I end up doing myself when I get home...In essence, I end up paying way too much for way too little service...I will not return...
