What a great garage! I have never felt so welcomed and spoken to honestly at any other mechanics shop I visited. I took my car a Chrysler Sebring, to Berk Motors for inspection after a friend said they will not do me wrong. He was right! Not only did they find the things that did not pass inspection and replace them quickly. They also let me know what looked like it may not pass in the future so I can get it replaced... view more/fixed before next year. Most supprising of it all their service writer? office girl was so car smart I couldnt beleive it. If they sell cars as good as they fix them I see them being aorund for a long time. Where do I start? Firstly, the personnel aren`t even there half the time. Took my car for inspection and was told I needed several issues corrected. Dropped the car off for the repairs, stopped back to find nothing had been done. Was then told by the owner that he had decided not to work on my car because he didn`t like my attitude- because I asked too many questions about the repairs. Seriously. I`ve taken my car to Berk Moto...

I`ve taken my car to Berk Motor Co. for years but recently since the one owner left and a new one (a female) took over the customer service has been going down hill. Its like you are not good enough for them to even speak to the one( the female) and the other one ( an older man) seems to listen but don`t really like to work. I`ve even heard the way the female talks to people, its a shame. They constantly are having n... view moreew mechanics in the shop, and the service just out right stinks. And forget about getting an oil change they say they change it BUT they don`t. They fill it up with a qt or two just to make you think they did. HORRIBLE!
