The POOR SERVICE AT ACCURATE COLLISION

I was in an accident and was recommended to use Accurate Collision. Upon arrival to this business I was greeted with the warmest greeting and assured that they would provide all the services necessary to correct the problems that occurred during the accident. They really made me feel like I made a good choice using this company. Once I gave them the insurance check it took them over 30 days to fix my car and the pai... view morent chipped the first week. My car ran worst then it did before the accident. They return the car with dust all over it and with a damp smell. The customer service that was provided was so stressful that I had to get my attorney involved to get them to correct all the problems of my vehicle. The owner and daughter are very unprofessional and if I can save you any stress in your life I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. I love people and know nobody desire the kind of service this company provides.
