No Longer a Harley Dealer

I think the fact that H-D revoked their franchise license speaks in volumes. Not only are their mechanics incompetent, but they they also rip you off, charge you for services never performed and are generally overpriced. Gee....I wonder why the factory no longer wants to be affiliated with them. Bunch of thieving clowns.

Polite, Helpful, Thorough

I`ve taken my bike here a couple of times and the staff is always really polite, helpful, and communicative. When my bike had to stay overnight for repairs, they called me with progress reports and called me when it was ready. When they did an oil change, they cleaned the belts and were thorough. I would recommend this place.

Unreliable and rude

Brought my bike for an electrical problem. It took a week before it got checked. I don`t mind this so much but the guy said it`ll be seen sooner and kept telling me he`ll call in 2 days to update me. Never called. When I finally called, he tells me I need to give them time sounding as if I was calling too soon. Just be true to your word!
