CARELESS

My repair was due to an auto collision, therefore it was all insurance money (not mine). They did a terrible job with my bumper: there was visible (and TERRIBLE) orange peel that wasn`t even near the site of the collision, and when they blended they oversprayed and left an awful blemish in my rear door. I took it back, they corrected most of what I complained about free of charge. Was this because it was not my money... view more, but insurance ($2,600)? Because I am a blonde haired, 5`2 girl who looks like I don`t know anything about cars or collision repair? Or simply because they do not care about their customers? I will not take my car back, that is what I have learned from this situation. I even referred a friend to them and had to retract my referral due to the bad service. In the end, what really got me, is that when I picked up my car finally (after it had been in the first time for a week and the second time for over a day for corrections), no manager spoke to me, there was NO apology for my inconvenience due to their poor service the first time around, and the fact that I had to BRING MY CAR BACK for corrections. Nothing, just handed me the keys and that was it. Again, I would never take my car back and I suggest everyone stay away, they do careless work for a ridiculous price.
