I walked into the Dover NJ store and asked for a free diagnostic check engine light. After driving ten minutes to get to the store, the store manager with a bewildered face said, you have to wait 45 minutes. Getting a diagnostic read take less than 5 minutes. He never apologized. It does not make sense that he expect a customer to wait 45 minutes for a diagnostic read? I drove down the block to Advance Auto Parts an... view mored they did it less than 2 minutes. It is total BS! Never going to this Store!

Called for a K&N Air Filter on...

Called for a K&N Air Filter on a Saturday. Said it would be there next day to pick up. Thought that was great. Drove the whole way to Dover and part wasn`t there. Clifton store did not send it. Don`t bother... they didn`t...
