Each and every time I go into the Williamstown Pep Boys I`m greeting by Joe or Chuck. They understand my car problems, and always make me feel comfortable while I wait for my car to be done in a pleasant atmosphere. I help myself to their delicious coffee while I wait in the clean sitting area.
