terrible experience

my husband and i went there and purchased a blk jetta (2006) after searching for 3 weeks.we paid cash 13000 dol. they seem to be very honest at first.when we returned to pick up the car 2 days later ,i noticed something that i didn t like.the car was never removed from the spot in the lot.probably no oil change ...anyway we were reassured that everything was ok.we were given a copy of clean carfax suppose to still ... view morehave warranty left for 1 yr.......bogus.then in less than 24 hrs 2 alert lights came on the dashboard.we went back and since then it s a nightmare.everyday we re told a story .they ordered a key to fix it and waiting for delivery..........from china???we are going to seek a lawyer . preferably go to a dealer ,bad experience.....
