Good/Bad Experience-- I had a lot of hail damage recently and was recommended to go to Chassis Works to get it fixed. This shop has a history of great work! Jeremy which I think is the owner did my bid and got me right in. Good Experience so far.. The issue I had is when I went to pick my car up there were still several dents that didnt get fixed, my back light wasnt put back in right, and the hoods paint job was hor... view morerible. Jeremy was very apologetic and took it back. These issues were fixed very fast and the second time it looked great! So bad experience where as the work should have been done correctly the first time, but good experience in fixing this right away. I would just say in the future even when the shop is busy they need to make sure to overview the car outside of the shop before calling the customer to pick it up.
