I purchased a used car from them that was in excellent shape and with low mileage, and I left very pleased. Unfortunately that car was totaled in an accident and because of my experience I went back to them. That was my first mistake. They put me in an Impala that they claimed came from the local government and took very good care of it. Suffice it to say, the struts need replaced, the tires are going out, the stereo... view more works 90 percent of the time, and the transmission needed to be flushed 3 times to clear it out. Not only that but little odds and ends seem to be wearing out like the dashboard speedometer and power locks. Yes it is my fault for not taking it into my mechanic 30+ miles away, however I had hoped to build a good honest relationship with this company. Never again will I go there.
