Hard Headed, Rude, Lazy

Rude salespeople, lazy, hard headed. Made every step of the buying process a negative experience. After coming to an agreement on the price they backed out on the deal because they found out my loan would`ve covered the listed price. They called me a liar and insulted me and my lending institution (USAA). They would only accept 100 dollars bills because everyone is out to get them.
