New to town, friend recommended Tire Factory. I was held hostage for 1.5 hours for a simple tire swap. No work order was made up so they forgot about me. I finally sat at the counter where 2 employees were talking and they ignored me for 10 minutes while they talked about their medical conditions. Super good and honest. I got a second opinion from them (unplanned by the way) and out another place was setting me up to pay a $1000 for something that wasn`t needed. They are the only ones I go to now
