old time garage

I have had my cars serviced at McLean`s for many years. They are quirky, laid back, and far from the cleanest garage you`ll find, but they are thoroughly honest and reliable. In fact, they go out of their way to find the least expensive but effective solution to a customer`s problem. I recommend them strongly to anyone, especially anyone with an older car or difficult problem.

Deception, Lies, and Tyrades

This sums up my recent experience there. Quoted me a price for a repair on my car and was lower than 3 other competitors, but after work was done charged me 16% more or $60 above quoted cost. Had no remorse about it. When confronted by my wife who quoted it from him, he went on a tyrade cussing her up and demeaning her and ended up pushing the exit door into her and didn`t even care that he hit her. He tried to driv... view moree my car away with a 1 1/2 year old in the back seat. Basically, police were called. Avoid this shop. Owner doesn`t seem the most honest with pricing and definately could use some manners.
