My name is Stephen Johannsen and I bought my car from Morgan Auto sales in January. They completely ripped me off and sold me an unsafe car with soo many mechanical issues. They took the bulb out of the dashboard so the check engine light and the Anti lock break light wouldn`t show to start with. I went to get the car inspected and it failed. When I took it back to them to have them fix what was wrong with it they ma... view morede me pay them cash to have it fixed and they didn`t even do the work properly. They left it out of alignment which made a tire blow out. I was supposed to get my Title from them the day I bought the car but they withheld the title for almost two months and I had to pay title fees because of their neglect. They made me drive back and forth from Branson to Springfield multiple times and wouldn`t fax it over to the Department of revenue. I have an inch of water in my floor board every time it rains, which is causing mold to start under my carpet. The car broke down before I got my title back because the Timing belt went out. Ive had to put a new axle on the front end, two wheel hub assemblies, a new timing belt and tensioner, tie rod, ball joint, two belts, multiple vaccum lines plugged or open, the transmission may be shot (the Lucas they put in it must have worn out), a New transmission filter on it, all new plugs and wires, valve cover gasket, 4 new tires due to dry rot, PCV valve, It still needs new oxygen sensors, alignment, another tie rod, another control arm, there`s smoke coming out of the tail pipe, a constant smell of gas in the car, valve cover gasket, severe oil and transmission fluid leaks. I just don`t know what to do. I spent all of my savings trying to buy this car and my family has been helping me try and keep it running. The people at Morgan have treated me like dirt and made me feel like its my fault and that Im nothing. They knew most of this wrong and they told me this AFTER the sale was final. They have never paid me the late fees for the title and I was told that it was illegal for them to take the check engine and anti lock break lights out of the dash. I believe they rolled back the mileage also. I have spent well over 3200 dollars on this car now and I am no where near able to say everything is safe. Thats double what I paid for it. They talked me into saying I bought the car for less saying I would have to pay less in taxes. This place has done nothing but cause me stress and harm. Im so sick with the way they have never stepped up behind their product or attempted to help in the repais. They have been absolutely Horrible to my life.
