I was very impressed by the service I received at Seeburg. I got an oil change, filter change for $10 off and they checked my car for leaks with the smoke tester for free of charge, since nothing was wrong. Honest people. I didn`t have to pay extra for labor and the repairman was very kind and courteous. They have free Wifi while you wait, and Starbucks is within walking distance. Five Star Service

Seeburg did an amazing job! Not only did they save me time and money, they were friendly and honest with their pricing. Another shop wanted to charge me over 3 times what Seeburg did. Don`t fall for those shops with the fancy signs because in the end that`s what you ended paying for. I have a new place to take my car and I love it?™?

I was so impressed today with the customer service I received. I needed my car inspected and had called two other places. One of the other places was so RUDE! When I called here, Brenda, was super friendly and helpful. I got in, they looked at my car and I was out of there. I will be going back there with my business.

They were so helpful. I took my car in not knowing for sure what was wrong with it. I thought it was the spark plugs but they went ahead and diagnosed it anyway. They ended up spending two hours on my car and didn`t charge me. They also went ahead and changed my spark plugs, when they realized that wasn`t the problem they continued to search for the problem. Eventually they found the problem, but because the spark p... view morelugs weren`t the problem they didn`t charge me for them, which was super nice of them considering they needed changed anyway. I would recommend them to anyone in springfield. They took care of me and I felt like they really cared about helping me.

Great Service

I went to Seeburg to have my brakes repaired. Their service and work was top notch. The estimate was completed within 30 minutes and the final price did not deviate from the estimate at all. The staff was courteous and professional, the work was timely, my car was clean, and the shop was comfortable. I will definitely use Seeburg for future repairs, as the list of repairs they can do is long.
