SERVICE STINKS

I DROP MY TRUCK OFF AT 8AM THEY ASKED ME BY WHAT TIME IT NEEDED TO BE READY I TOLD THEM 3PM I CALLED THEM AT NOON TO CHECK AND SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS THEY HAVEN`T LOOKED AT IT YET I ASKED ARE YOU SURE IT WOULD BE READY IN TIME AND OF COURSE THEY ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE READY BY 3PM CALLED AGAIN AT 2PM (STILL HEARD NOTHING) TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS THEY STILL HAVE NOT EVEN LOOKED AT IT THEN THEY PRECEDED TO TELL M... view moreE IT MIGHT NOT EVEN READY UNTIL 6PM THAT STINKS THEY STINK NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT BACK THE SAME DAY

Unprofessional

Took car in for new tires. They scratched up expensive chrome rims getting tire off, did not put chrome lug nut back on tight enough and it was lost. Chrome lug nuts cost more than $1 or 2$ to replace.
