Morlan Shell Ford in West Plains: AVOID BUSINESS WITH!! On a trip, a part went out in my Ford 350. I had the dealer fix it, or so I thought. Part went out 10 months later & in under 8 K miles. Ford won`t replace part because dealer didn`t follow protocol (part would go out again unless another part was replaced too). Another local dealer fixed & repaired properly.
