Fixes one problem but creates another

I brought my car in to get my breaks fixed. When I got my car back and looked it over, my hood release cable was broken. I took my car back to them to show them what was wrong and they said, "We had a hard time opening the hood. We had to detach the cable from the lever and pull it with pliers. Then we reattached the wire to the lever." I asked them what was wrong with the wire and they said its stretched b... view moreut they don`t know how it could have happened. They explained to me how they broke it then told me they didn`t break it.

Wonderful Staff

I like to write and say how much the staff at the Blue Springs Midas helped me get out of a tight spot. I was on my way out of town, when my engine light came on. I pulled into Midas on 7 Highway, and they had me ready to go in about 30 minutes. And their honesty blew me away, it was a simple 20 dollar fix. bad manager

I had my oil changed there. Two weeks later oil started to leak on my driveway. I thout i had blowen some thing. I took it to my mechanic he said I had a bad oil filter & charged me $25.00.so I took it back to Midas in blue springs & talk to the manager for a new oil filter & my $25.00 back. Terrible mechanics working here , DO NOT GO to MIDAS in Blue Springs!

this place is a joke. the mechanics are poorly trained and basically spend alot of there time walking around looking for things to do. The manager ""Vince"" is constantly involved in disputes with customers due to overcharging and not fixing the issues properly . I brougtht my car to them , left with it in worst shape than to start with .
