Been living in Lee`s Summit for about 20 years and took a pontiac to them for the first time. What a poor service department. Its obvious the service managers are on commission. A 24.00 relay with 136.00 (1.5 hours) of labor. They took advantage of the fact the car was towed there. Run, Run, to another dealer for any GM work. Be sure to tell all your friends too!

I believe Dave Cross dealership is very professional by letting you know the problem or problems you are having with your vehicle , what the cost will be and approximately how long it will take to fix the problem. If the problem is going to take somewhat longer, they will drop you off at your door step. I would recommend anyone to buy from Dave Cross.
