Worst customer service possibly a scam!

I recently purchased a part to have delivered to my home and week after week it never arrived. Whenever I would call to find out where it`s at I would be told that he was busy and to call back in an hour or the next day! They could not give me a tracking number so I assume that it was never shipped or if they really are a business at all! Finally I asked to cancel my order and have them reimburse the money they charg... view moreed my account. Of course it`s been over a week and no they haven`t refunded my money and of course whenever I call them the man ""Mike"" is never around and he`s apperently the only one who can do this. I have found out ""Mike"" is the owner of this scam so please learn from my mistake and stay clear!
