While the Used Car that we purchased was in good condition I gave a low score for extremely poor customer service and failed promises I was promised a second set of keys/ key fob, and after over 20 calls back to my sales rep and three months I never received the promised 2nd set of keys. Even speaking with management did not improve responsiveness or get the end result that I was looking for. It was unfortunate that the sales rep that I was working with did not subscribe to the high standards of St. Charles Automotive, corrective actions have since occurred. I would now recommend checking out this dealership for new/used cars

St Louis Metro Nissan Dealers

They had, of the three dealers I went to, the best selection. The other two dealers didnt keep very many of any one model on the lot. I was ready to buy a car and wanted it that day. I was pleased that these guys had a couple different models some fully loaded some not. Very nice people and a good price. Awesome job!!

These are the nicest people and the service is outstanding! I bought my Santa Fe this year and I bought my last 3 vehicles from this dealership too! I`d recommend these guys to anybody!
