Rick Ball Ford is one of the worst places I ve ever been. First of all, I wanted to do as much work over the phone as possible, since I would be driving from quite a distance. They told me to come in and they would have the car for a certain price. I came in and suddenly the car jumped up nearly $2000! I still tried to work out a deal with them for two hours, then when the general manager (Frank, I believe) found out... view more I hadn t bought the car yet, he was incredibly rude. What really nailed the deal for me though was that while I was sitting in there, a customer had come in rather upset, but polite. He stated that after they test drove HIS car to see the value, they tore it up. They instantly began calling him names which I will not repeat on here. As soon as he left, I overheard them talking about how they really did ruin his car so that he would be forced to buy one from them. At that point, I walked out because I realized that if this is how they do business, I don t want any part of it. I will go to a dealership which respects their customers. DO NOT buy from Rick Ball Ford. If you can, go to Kansas City or Saint Louis, but STAY AWAY from Boonville.
