HORRIBLE INTEREST RATES

THEY GAVE ME A 24% INTEREST RATE. WHICH THEY DIDNT TELL ME UNTILL AFTER I SIGNED THE PAPERS THAT IT WAS THAT HIGH AND THAT I HAD TO PAY 800 IN SALES TAX WITHIN 30 DAYS. I PUT ALL MY MONEY DOWN ON THE CAR WHERE AM I GONNA GET THAT
