Ross Automotive is a rare treasure. They help you know what is wrong or just fine with your car and show you what is necessary and what should be done later if desired. They`ve told me when I didn`t even need anything but something tiny and didn`t charge me. Personable, direct, educating, friendly, sincere, and AWESOME!

Always trust the mechanics at Ross

I am so impressed with the honesty that I receive at Ross Automotive. Jimmy and the guys will explain any repairs needed to my car, and even show me the parts when they are done! He encourages me to come in and review the defective items and I am always more knowledgeable after he has gone over everything with me. So easy to work with!

Exceptional service!

Jimmy Ross at Ross Automotive always thoroughly explains what needs to be done to my car and why in a way I can understand. He`s worked with me to prioritize my car`s needs so I can spread repairs out to fit my budget. The folks at Ross Automotive are courteous and a good group to work with. One thing I wasn`t expecting was a clean car when I picked it up. That was a nice surprise. And ask about the fresh chicken egg... view mores!
