It is very difficult these day...

It is very difficult these days to find an automotive repair shop that you trust to not take advantage of you especially when you rely on your vehicle so much. I have certainly found this at Mobile Techs in Imperial. They take the time to explain to you what needs done and the cost up front so there are no surprises later, the mechanics are very nice and personable. Kevin is the owner/general manager and he is alw... view moreays professional, helpful, and very honest. I have taken my cars, my sons cars and referred MANY family and friends to Mobile Techs over many years and they have always been more than satisfied with the quality, cost and workmanship. NIGHTMARE!!!

MY COMPANY HAS BEEN USING MOBILE TECHS TO SERVICE OUR FLEET VEHICLES FOR ABOUT A YEAR. A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO, WE HAD A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE TRUCKS AND WERE TOLD IT HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEY CAME AND TOWED IT BACK TO THIER SHOP. THREE WEEKS LATER, IT WAS FINALLY READY. AFTER HAVING TO RENT ANOTHER TRUCK, WE WERE PRETTY EXCITED TO GET THIS MESS OVER WITH. THE VERY NEXT DAY, THE TRANSMISSION GOES OUT AGA... view moreIN!!! SO WE GO THROUGH THE WHOLE ORDEAL AGAIN, AND THEN AGAIN, AND THEN AGAIN. SINCE DECEMBER (2009), THE TRUCK HAS BEEN IN 5 TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM COSTING US AN ARM AND A LEG IN LOST TIME, RENTALS, AND REPAIRS. IN ADDITION, THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD AS THEIR LABOR. ONE OF THE MANY TIMES OUR TRUCK BROKE DOWN (BECAUSE OF THIER SUBPAR WORK), I CALLED KEVIN (THE MANAGER) AND HE REFUSED TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO ASSESS THE SITUATION. WE`VE WASTED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE OF MOBILE TECH AND I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE WE DID.
