Baillie Diesel has performed investigative and repair work twice on my Dodge 2000 Ram 3500. Overall rating is very good. Basis for rating: - Courteous, responsive and timely. - Troubleshooting activity results were accurate. - All alternatives were clearly identified, explained and discussed. - All associated costs were clearly communicated, no surprise fees. - Some recommendations actually saved me money (imm... view moreediate savings as well as mid/long-term savings). - And for the best metric; Baillie Diesel found/suggested other less expensive alternatives to what I thought was required.

If I was to tell my friend or family member?? I`d say... RUN, Run like you know what, and hold your wallet tight. Cause they wanna see your wallet, actually they want a check and preferably a blank one.Cause you know they have some personal pulling trucks they need to support. They wanna replace parts that are not needed to be replaced. Not just a few, but A LOT. And I don`t care if you have Brand New Injectors, thei... view morer gonna tell you yours are bad and need replaced. Most people know Dodges are pretty bad about Ball Joints. Their gonna tell you that you need those too. Oh, and the best part.... they wont stand behind their work or warranty it. If you need Dodge Diesel work, or hell, even Ford Diesel work done, there are better places to take it. Not gonna plug another business, but I`d look into a Diesel shop on East Division in Springfield. Stay AWAY from Ballies Diesel at ALL COST, cause if you do take it it will COST!!! A LOT!!
