Great Place

I must say that after reading the review by gtb43, I wanted to laugh. This ""joker"" (gtb43) must have something out for the owners because a Mercedes is not British (It`s German).
I own several British cars and I have never had a problem with the work done at British Cars.

DO NOT USE !!!!!

I had brought my car a classic Mercedes to British Cars of America for repair of an oil leak and the air conditioner was supposed to be repaired. I was told the hoses needed replaced and two of them were. I was charged for other hoses and materials that were not put on the car. They had also lost parts from the car which I now have to get replaced.
The valve cover gaskets were replaced to repair the oil leak but ... view morestill leaks from a different location. I was told the engine was cleaned to find the leak although it was not. It is in worst condition as when i originally brought it in.
I had mentioned these things to the owner but he seemed not to care and didn`t offer to make it right. The A/C still does not work and has been verified by 2 other professionals that the service charged for was not completed nor were the parts charged for located anywhere on the vehicle.
I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE JOKERS TO DO ANYTHING ON ANY VEHICLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS.

Exceptional work and easy to work with.

I took my Triumph here for a complete frame-off restoration. They helped me though the process, explained everything to me, and kept me well informed. They called or wrote me about options for repairs along with there pros and cons. The mechanics were all very knowledgeable about the car and the secretary seemed to know a great deal about the car also. Infact they are such a great group and I was treated with such re... view morespect that I now take my MG, Jaguar, and Land Rover there for any mechanical work and any body work. I would definately recommend this place to anyone who has any British car.
