Great Management, Excellent Techs

The management and technicians for this transmission shop are phenomenal! Very professional, knowledgable and friendly. I recommend using Square Deal Transmission if you want a fair, fast, and friendly transmission shop.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

They gave a low estimate to get us in, then doubled the actual price, said vehicle would be ready in couple of days and it took a week. Would not let us test drive before paying, would not except personal check, did not believe the cashiers check we gave them. Very poor customer service.

ALLEN TRANSMISSION Does TOP QUALITY WORK!!!

Allen Transmission always does top quality work.We have sent several transmissions to them and have gotten them back when promised.The Rock Road manager is always friendly and willing to go for a test drive to confirm that you really need or don`t need major repairs!!!
