Good Experience

My check engine light came on, called them up and they got me in quickly. They found the problem and explained to me what needed to be done. Their prices were fair and I have had no problems since. Would definitely recommend them.

Dishonest Merchant to be avoided

After dropping of my vehicle, I was called and told my wheel was wobbling before it was removed (wasn`t wobbling when I drove it in). If it had been wobbling the professional tire dealer should have called me at that point to discuss options.. They didn`t. They completely disassembled the wheel and hub and told me it could not be reassembled but would have to be replaced before they would let me have my vehicle bac... view morek. My complaints of this type of treatment caused them to develop an attitude and they did all that they could to delay the repair and worked slowly to complete my vehicle even though I had explained I desparately needed the vehicle to work.

I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for professional help. This shop definitely does not qualify in that category.

Just an update on my previous review, in August, the work that this firm did on my trailer failed completely and caused my wheel to actually fall off my trailer. The garage that repaired the work said they had never seen such an unprofessional job. To make amtters worse, the new repair cost only 1/2 of what Shamel charged.

Just a bad firm, overcharging for inferior work.

Well run shop where you can trust everyone who works there

I don`t have to worry about who takes care of the car. All of their people do the job right. Their prices are usually among the lowest. They do want you to leave the car for oil changes, etc, but with the price and consistent quality, it`s worth it.
