customer service sucks

i had to take my car there to have some recalls fixed and after having several days notice to order the parts for the repairs, i dropped my car off and was told everything would be completed that day but had to go back weeks later when the parts came in. the people are rude and dont tell you anything unless you ask them first. i wouldn`t recommend them to anyone
