Women beware!
The worst! They told me I needed new rotors but I found out later that was not true after visiting other auto repair shops. Then when I wanted to get my money back they said they would put my old rotors back on (the ones that they said was unsafe) Liars!! Essentially, they took advantage of a female so girls don`t let them do this to you.
