Don`t trust them with your well earned money!

I went to Dobbs and bought 4 new tires and an alignment thinking I was getting a great deal. Plus they seem to have great customer service. Don`t be fooled. When I got my car back I was so excited I had good tires before winter. Only to find if I go 40 MPH or over my car shakes and pulls to the left now. I took it back to them and had them try to fix it. nothing. I`ve taken it up there 3 times since and its still hor... view morerible. When I asked what the problem was they said a part for my tire ""mysteriously"" went missing and they can ""guarantee"" it wasn`t their fault. Then they actually had the nerve to ask me if I was sure it wasn`t doing this before I took my car up there. Now they are trying to get me to pay them to fix what the F`d up. Don`t waste your time, go somewhere else. You`ll positively have better results.

Dissatisfied

When my ""check engine"" light came on, I brought my car to Dobbs to be diagnosed and repaired. I was charged over $500 and sent home. T The ""check engine"" light came back on a week later. I was told they ""might"" have to charge me a second time to ""diagnose"" the problem. I should not have to pay another $100 when the problem was not fixed properly the first time. I`m not sure if this is incompetence... view more or just the way they treat women. Either way, they will not get any more of my business. I suggest you take your car elsewhere.
