Read and saw good reviews about them and was recommended to them. A repair that was to take 10 days max took 3 weeks. Had no updates on it and was lied to about when it would be done. Had to call to check the status on it. Finally after week 3, I just went there one afternoon and sat for and hour and a half to wait on it. Got it back and it wasn`t cleaned, the interior had nothing but dust in it.

I have unfortunately been to ICON Collision several times. But each time I get great service, get my truck back fast and it`s in perfect condition. I`d recommend anyone go to ICON! And don`t listen to your insurance company when they try to steer you somewhere else -- they have to pay for the place you want to take your car, and ICON is the BEST.
